This boot is Fischer's top of the line World Cup Skating Boot. Fischer put two years of time in to make sure this boot was deserving of the name RCS Carbonlite. As most of you know Fischer switched from Salomon and now uses the NNN System for their boots. This wasn't an easy decision for Fischer but they believed the NNN System offered more for skiers like you and the ones competing on the World Cup. The World Cup Carbon Shell is anatomically shaped and offers optimal heel security, torsional stiffness and exceptional comfort. Foot hold and comfort are extremely important. Fischer came up with a system called Snake Lacing along with a Parabolic Lace Loop. The laces are parallel to avoid creases and overlapping and also to ensure even pressure distribution. Thanks to the Parabolic Lace Loop feature the laces can be tied effectively and swiftly with just one pull. A specially placed loop (Arch Support Lacing) closes around the foot from the bottom to support the arch. The F5 Pebax Skating NNN Sole gives ideal power transfer. A Carbon Flex Cuff is light and stiff but most amazing it can be canted in one of three settings on each side for optimal fit and performance. A Heel Fit Strap enables individual heel width setting. A Gel inlay surrounds the ankle for a custom fit, while a neoprene sock adds comfort and warmth. A speed lock makes for quick and easy lacing.
