Touring & Backcountry Boots

The 1550 Eve has a WOMEN'S LAST and like the 1550 is designed for back country / rugged touring. The 1550 Eve with Thinsulate insulation will keep your feet toasty warm. The plastic cuff with a power strap adds ankle support which will be much appreciated when conditions turn icy or the terrain gets hilly. A plastic heel counter and toe box protection adds support and durability. Other nice features include speed lacing and an anatomical footbed. This boot has the NNN BC Sole with a medium flex. The 1550 Eve could be used on light touring skis to add control but is best suited for metal edge skis intended for point to point excursions. An overlapping second tongue with external lacing give this boot a very traditional look.
