The Future is Triangular
The triangular shaped carbon composite shaft uses less material than a traditional round shaft making it lighter. The triangular shape also improved stiffness and strength.
Swing weight has been improved too by decreasing the weight at the basket end of the pole.
An added feature of this revolutionary pole is the ability to change baskets without heating and glue. The baskets thread on and off so it is easy to change basket sizes depending on the track conditions. You all know what it is like to have a 'too small' basket is soft snow.
The Swix Triac 1.0 is now currently being used by world class cross-country skiers like Petter Northug, Lucas Bauer, Kikkan Randall and Andy Newell. You now could be like them (in pole selection).
Poles can be cut up to 10 cm for a custom fit.
