The lightweight WAXLESS Evo Action NIS comes in four mid-length sizes. This shorter mid-length sizing makes climbing, turning, and any basic maneuvers easier. The dimensions of the Evo Action NIS make them best suited for the groomed trail, but good skiers can easily use them off-trail as well. Rossignol rates these skis for 80% in-track and 20% off-track usage. Features include a wood air core that keeps the ski light and durable, and the Activ' Cap construction with an extended edge that adds control and protects the cosmetics (unlike ABS top sheets). Buy this ski according to your weight, not height. The Posi-track waxless base has great grip and a silky smooth glide and needs very little wax preparation.
